The Client: MelanieJean, an e-commerce business focused on selling high-quality lashes
The Objective: To build a relationship with prospects, leads, and current & past customers through a set of email workflows.
The Strategy: In order to nurture Melani Jean’s audience, I created a 3-part welcome email series that introduces Melanie Jean as a brand and makes them excited about the products.
Our next focus was the abandoned cart email with the intent to get customers back to the site to finish their purchases by making the offer personal, and valuable.
Follow by a thank you email that shows the brand as a person, not just a company, and gives them an opportunity to communicate what they loved about the product/ brand via social media.
Lastly, a 2-part win-back email sequence with the intention to remind previous customers of the brand and products, and give them an offer to come back to the site and make a purchase.
